This patient presented with severe wear and discoloration of teeth caused by vegetarian and acidic diet. She was not happy with the way her teeth looked. In particular she was unhappy with the shape, size, color, also the black triangles between her front teeth. This lady presented with significant damage to her upper teeth. Her front tooth was lost due to an infection. Also, poorly made veneers affected her appearance.
